1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by the Customer

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at labelkashmir@gmail.com.
  • After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Unavailability of stock.
  • Payment issues.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address.
    If an order is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The incorrect item was delivered.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Note: Perishable items, such as honey, and consumable products like Shilajit and saffron, are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.


3. Return Process

  1. Initiating a Return:
    • Email us at labelkashmir@gmail.com with the order details, reason for return, and photos of the product (if damaged or defective).
  2. Return Approval:
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
  3. Shipping the Item:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  4. Inspection and Refund:
    • After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items not returned in original condition.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Perishable items that are not damaged or defective.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
